1. What is Freedom2iflix?

Freedom2iflix is a Combo of 5GB Internet streaming and VIP access to iflix at only RM5 per month! The 5GB Internet is valid for streaming on iflix only.

2. Who can subscribe to this awesome Freedom2iflix?

All Digi Postpaid and Prepaid customers can subscribe to this Combo at RM5 per month. The 5GB Internet* is only eligible for the following customers:
  • - Postpaid customers with a bundled mobile Internet subscription
  • - Prepaid customers with an eligible active Internet plan (please refer to Question 3)
Customers otherwise from the above will only receive iflix VIP access without 5GB Internet. 5GB Internet is valid for streaming on iflix only.

3. What are the eligible active Internet plans?

Monthly Internet plans which are currently available for purchase via MyDigi under "Add-ons" (http://digi.my/Addon).

4. How much Internet is included in this Combo?

All eligible customers will get 5GB Internet valid for streaming on iflix only. Streaming on any other services or websites apart from iflix will result in your base Internet being deducted.

5. Where can I purchase this Combo?

You can subscribe via the Digi Freedom2iflix website at http://digi.my/freedom2iflix . Subscriptions via MyDigi will be available at a later date.

6. If I am currently subscribed to the normal RM10 per month iflix subscription, can I still enjoy this?

Yes! Just unsubscribe from your old subscription via iflix web/app and subscribe to this Freedom Combo via our Digi Freedom website at http://digi.my/freedom2iflix.

7. How I can check my Internet usage for the 5GB Internet included in this Combo?

You may check your balance quota and expiry date via MyDigi.

8. What happens if my 5GB Internet for this offer has been used up?

Streaming will result in quota being deducted from your Internet plan.

9. Will my Combo be terminated automatically at the end of the 30 days?

This Combo is on an auto renewal basis! This means that your Combo will be renewed automatically at the end of its validity period. Please ensure you are on eligible Internet plan in order to receive the extra 5GB Internet valid for streaming on iflix! For Digi Prepaid customers, please also ensure that you have sufficient credit for auto renewal and are active on the eligible Internet plans in Question 3

10. Will I be notified before this combo is renewed?

Yes, you will receive an SMS notification two (2) days before your combo is renewed.

11. I am terminating my Internet plan before it expires. After termination, can I continue to enjoy Freedom Combo?

You may still continue to enjoy iflix VIP access from this Combo. But you must have an active Internet plan (refer Question 3) to enjoy the 5GB allocated within the Freedom Combo.

12. Can I use the Internet from this Combo when I roam with Digi?

No, you will not be able to use the 5GB Internet allocated from this Combo while you are roaming.

13. How do I unsubscribe from Freedom2iflix?

We are sad to hear you want to let go of this great Combo, but alright – you may unsubscribe by sending "STOP IFLIX" to 20000.

14. I want to unsubscribe from this Combo before the expiry date. After termination, can I continue to enjoy tonton VIP access until the end of its validity?

Yes, you can continue to enjoy iflix VIP access and the 5GB Internet allocated until the end of its 30-day validity.
